Application Fees
- Re-Evaluation Per Subject : Rs. 800/- (BPL Candidates)
- Re-Evaluation Per Subject : Rs. 1000/- (Other Candidates)
- The Cost: It will cost you Rs. 250/- per answer book.
- Please check official notification on HBSE website for your category fee. Generally, you can pay fees online using your debit card, credit card or UPI while filling the form.
What Really Happens In Re-checking?
- They mention the marks shown on the cover page and verify that they are identical to the marks given inside the answer book.
- If the examiner has inadvertently left a question unmarked, they will assess and mark it.
- Quick warning, if the recount actually brings your marks down then the lower marks will be your final score not your old higher marks. It’s a bit of a risk, so keep that in mind!

Q1: Can I or my parents see my re-checked answer sheet?
No. The board has explicitly stated that the candidate, parents or guardians will not be shown the marked answer book under any circumstances.
Q2: What happens if the board cannot find my original answer book?
You can re-check it if your answer book is available. Your original marksheet marks will not change if for any reason, they do not find your answer book. But the board is not bound to do a recheck and your fee of Rs. 250 will be refunded to you.
Q3: What if I want to take legal action regarding my re-evaluation?
The court at Bhiwani alone shall have jurisdiction over any such legal proceeding for the re-evaluation process.
