💰 Salary & Allowances 💰
Selected candidates will be inducted as Sub Lieutenants with a gross monthly salary of approximately ₹1,20,000 per month
- Pay Level Level 10 (7th CPC) – Basic Pay : ₹56,100 + MSP: ₹15,500
- Gross Salary : Approx. ₹1.20 Lakh – ₹1.25 Lakh per month (including allowances)
- Special Allowances : Pilot/NAOO/Submarine: ₹31,250/- per month (post-training)
- Insurance Naval Group Insurance Scheme (NGIS) – compulsory
- Other Perks : DA, HRA, Transport Allowance, Medical Facilities, LTC, Accommodation, etc.
