  • First, visit the official website. The official website is provided below.
  • Click on Self-Enumeration. A new page will open.
  • Select your state here.
  • Enter the name, mobile number and Gmail address of the head of your family here, then click on ‘GET OTP’.
  • Then, enter your OTP, select the language and log in.
  • Now, set your home location (Lat/Lng) and proceed to the page.
  • Now, please answer all the questions.
  • Take a Final Printout of the Submitted Application Form for Future Reference.
