UP Police Constable Recruitment 2025: Age Limits
Age Limits As On
- Male Candidates: Must be between 18 and 22 years old. (Born between July 02, 2003, and July 01, 2007).
- Female Candidates: Must be between 18 and 25 years old. (Born between July 02, 2000, and July 01, 2007).
- Age Relaxation: An upper age relaxation of 5 years is permitted for SC, ST, and OBC candidates belonging exclusively to Uttar Pradesh.

Selection Process
- Offline Written Examination: An OMR-based test containing 150 objective questions carrying a total of 300 marks (duration: 2 hours). The 4 segments evaluated include General Knowledge, General Hindi, Numerical & Mental Ability, and Mental Aptitude/I.Q./Reasoning.
- Document Verification & Physical Standard Test (PST): Qualifying candidates are vetted for parameters like height and chest expansion.
- Height (Male General/OBC/SC): Minimum 168 cm.
- Height (Female General/OBC/SC): Minimum 152 cm.
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET): A mandatory qualifying running test.
- Males: 4.8 km run to be completed within 25 minutes.
- Females: 2.4 km run to be completed within 14 minutes.
